Production Time

All of our products are handcrafted to order in our California workshop. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships. We do our best to keep this timeframe as consistent as possible while maintaining the quality you expect.

Shipping

Domestic (United States): Shipped via USPS with tracking. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after leaving our workshop.
International: Shipped via UPS Worldwide. Transit times vary by destination but generally take 5–10 business days once shipped.

Packaging & Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. All orders ship from our shop in plain white boxes with no identifiable markings or logos on the outside. The return shipping label uses only our legal business name BLL Enterprises LLC — there is no mention of “Bitches Love Leather” anywhere on the package or label.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made to order and personalized to your measurements, we are unable to accept returns for refund. However, we fully stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or if it doesn’t fit properly due to our measurements, please contact us right away. We’re happy to repair or replace it at no additional cost.
