If you're unsure about the right fit, we suggest starting with our medium gags—they tend to be a great choice for most people!
Our penis ball gags are available in the following sizes:
Small 1.5” ball with 2.5” depth
Medium 1.75” ball with 3.25” depth
Large 2.0” ball with 4.0” depth
Note: The silver colored metal hardware used in our pieces are nickel-plated, and so are not suited for those with metal allergies.
