Waist Belt: Please measure your waist at the narrowest point, typically located just above your belly button. Refer to line 5 on the size chart to determine your ideal size. The waist belt is designed to fit high on the waist, so it is important not to confuse this measurement with the waistband size of your pants.
Thigh Cuffs: Please measure the circumference of your thighs at the position where you intend to wear the thigh cuffs, then refer to line 7 on the size chart. We recommend positioning the thigh cuffs higher on your leg, near the groin area, as this location tends to provide greater stability and minimizes the likelihood of slipping off.
