If you're unsure about the right fit, we suggest starting with our medium gags—they tend to be a great choice for most people! Small Ball: 1.5” Diameter - This size is quite small and may not provide effective silence; however, it is suitable for individuals who may have potential jaw issues.
Medium Ball: 1.75” Diameter - We recommend starting with this size if you are unsure which gag to select. It offers a moderate challenge without being overwhelming for most users, making it suitable for extended wear.
Large Ball: 2.0” Diameter - This size is designed for experienced users who enjoy gags and seek something that provides a substantial presence while effectively silencing the wearer.
X-Large Ball: 2.25” Diameter - This option is intended solely for experienced users who welcome the challenge, as it is quite large and may lead to jaw fatigue quickly.
