Check out our size chart to find the perfect gag for you! The Crown and Over Mouth measurements are for the strap size of the gag and below you will find information on the gag ball sizes. If you're unsure about the right fit, we suggest starting with our medium gags—they tend to be a great choice for most people!

  • Small Ball: 1.5” Diameter - This size is quite small and may not provide effective silence; however, it is suitable for individuals who may have potential jaw issues.

  • Medium Ball: 1.75” Diameter - We recommend starting with this size if you are unsure which gag to select. It offers a moderate challenge without being overwhelming for most users, making it suitable for extended wear.
